How Can The Team Help?
Dr Libby’s and her team’s consultations are holistic, meaning that she not only considers what you eat and the way you may (or not) exercise, but also a wide variety of hormones that may be playing a role in how an individual looks and feels. She also asks questions of her clients to gain insight into the body systems that may need support, such as the liver, the digestive system, the adrenal glands and the thyroid. Emotions and beliefs are also explored if Dr Libby believes they are the basis behind a person’s health challenges.
You will leave a consultation with Dr Libby or Jenny with specific guidelines for the next four weeks that you design with her. This may include some dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and/or some exercises to assist you examine thought patterns that may impact on food choices. While working in health retreats, Libby noticed that most people have a financial plan for their future; they have developed a wealth plan, yet many people do not have a health plan. Libby will challenge you and have you question what good is a wealth plan without a health plan, for without our health we have nothing. In an instant many people associate a health plan with sacrifices of things they love, of changing a lifestyle they really quite enjoy. Learn through Libby how this does not have to be the case.
