The search for energy
can be never-ending.
We might be dragging ourselves out of bed as the alarm buzzes each morning, trying to find energy in the bottom of our coffee cup, or willing ourselves awake with a shower.
Frustratingly, whether we have energy or not, our day continues just the same. If we’re lucky, we might find an energy burst around lunchtime, but by mid-afternoon we’re feeling heavy again; dragging our steps, wondering what to eat for energy or just how long there is until bedtime.
Life is not supposed to be this way.
