Dates, almonds and blueberries are one of nature’s most delicious combinations and this great tasting shake incorporates both of them to produce a nutrient-rich breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.


  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup of soaked almonds
  • 3 cups of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
