Tighter and tighter?

Do you feel like your clothes get incrementally tighter and tighter? Perhaps you’ve made a few changes to the way you’ve been eating, drinking or moving with little success.

Or maybe your clothes seem to get tighter as the day progresses.

When this happens, it can be unbelievably disheartening and drive a constant worry about what to eat or not eat in an attempt to stop this spread.

Life is not meant to be like this.

We are not meant to spend every waking moment worrying about our weight or feeling as though we just have to look at food for it to turn to body fat.

Life is for more laughing, loving and being present enough to enjoy the little moments.

And this isn’t as far away as you may think.

When it comes to your clothes getting tighter, there are so many factors going on inside of us, besides what we eat, that can drive whether we’re able to burn body fat effectively.

The next intake for Dr Libby’s Weight Loss for Women online course has just opened and over 9 weeks she’ll educate you on your body and the subtle shifts that need to happen to get it burning fat efficiently.

What if the key to your clothes getting looser was as simple as:

• Offering your thyroid the nutrients it needs;
• Learning how to calm your nervous system;
• Altering your gut bacteria;
• Learning some techniques to stop emotional eating;
• Swapping out different foods, or;
• Supporting your liver to mobilise body fat?

In your 9 weeks together, Dr Libby will teach you everything you need to know about weight loss. She’ll cover your digestion, metabolism, bloating and ways to stop that feeling of your clothes getting tighter and tighter. She’ll also help you to develop a relationship with your body based on trust rather than fear and misunderstanding.

9 tiny weeks out of your very long life, for less than $5 a day.

The course starts Monday 1 April 2019, sign up now and get a head start with the introductory information.

We hope to see you there.
